Terms of Service
1. The artist have the right to decline any commission art works for the content reason they deemed inappropriate.
2. The client must provide a DETAILED references for the character such as poses, clothing, expressions, color palette, etc.
3. If the client want it done immediately, the client should notify the artist and it will require an additional rush fee depending on the deadline.
4. Completed art works will be added to the artist’s portfolio and will be posted publicly on social media. The artist must be notified beforehand if the client doesn’t want the commission work to be posted publicly.
5. The client has the right to ask the artist about the progress of the comission, and the artist should provide an update to their client.
Payment
1. An initial 50% downpayment is needed before the artist starts their work.
2. The prices may vary due to the complexity of the commission project
3. COMMISSION PROJECTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Please carefully consider your art request.
Process
1. A commission usually take 1 to 3 weeks turnaround time. Once the client has given a payment, the artist will notify the client when will the request’s turnaround time will start.
